Healthy Contracts are a legal and relational approach to designing agreements. They integrate legal clarity, strategic alignment and care for the relationship between the parties.
Traditional contracts focus mainly on protection against breach. Healthy Contracts also focus on trust, communication, expectations and how people collaborate in practice.

About the founder
Healthy Contracts was founded by Simone Guaglianone, an Italian lawyer based in Barcelona.
His work brings together commercial law, negotiation, governance and a human view of the conflicts that emerge in companies and shared projects.
After years supporting international companies, Simone created Healthy Contracts to design agreements that do not only regulate relationships, but strengthen them.
